1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the okji platform, including our website at okji.best, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on okji, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use okji's services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okji.

2. Eligibility

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions until verification is complete. This is a standard measure that okji applies to protect all members on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person may only hold one account on okji. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the potential forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may lead to permanent account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okji login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on okji are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific sport, game, or event. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and may vary by product — sports betting, casino, Sabong, and Esports each have their own detailed rules.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only considered accepted and valid once okji issues a confirmation. Bets that have not received a confirmation message — due to technical issues or connectivity problems on your end — are not valid and will not be settled. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted before closing the app or browser.

Voided Bets

okji reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned and does not resume within the settlement window.
• The bet was placed using odds that were published in error due to a technical fault.
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed based on insider information or in coordination with other parties to manipulate the outcome.
• The bet was placed after the event or outcome had already been determined (late betting).

In the event of a void, your stake will be returned to your okji wallet in full. For accumulator bets, a voided selection is removed and the remaining legs continue with adjusted combined odds.

Maximum Winnings

okji applies maximum payout limits that vary by sport and market type. These limits are published within the betting interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable limit will be capped at that limit, regardless of the odds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

okji regularly offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available once per person, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• okji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes to affected users.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts or abuse of promotional mechanics — will be voided and the associated accounts may be permanently closed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the okji Platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one okji account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Attempting to manipulate bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, or any other means.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing access to your okji account by any other person.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

okji employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity. If your account is flagged for any of the above behaviors, okji will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include the permanent closure of your account without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your okji account, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no open disputes on the account.

Appeal Process

If your account is suspended and you believe this was done in error, you have the right to appeal the decision.
